OmicsWeb is a comprehensive data lake that allows researchers to securely store their omics data in the cloud. It combines data management, automated analysis capabilities, and AI-powered tools in one integrated platform, eliminating the fragmentation and complexity typically associated with omics data workflows.
OmicsWeb Copilot is our AI assistant that allows researchers to analyze complex RNA data using natural language questions instead of code. Simply ask questions like ‘Which genes are differentially expressed between my treatment groups?’ and receive sophisticated analysis results instantly, democratizing access to advanced bioinformatics.
OmicsWeb can handle all kinds of data types. We have maximally tailored it for RNA-seq, but it can be applied for any other omics as well, including whole-exome sequencing, whole-genome sequencing, methylome, and single-cell assays. We also allow individuals to import papers and perform the same analysis that is being done in the paper on our platform. The platform can import data from standard formats, public repositories, as well as Biostate’s low-cost sequencing services.
